The item arrived broken due to NO protective packaging. Seller accused me of breaking item. Seller only issued refund after I stated I would open up a dispute with Etsy. Horrible experience until the very end due to unprofessional messages I received. Worst experience ever from an independent seller and I shop ALOT from Etsy/Ebay.

This is most ridiculous. It was completely encased in styrofoam protecting the Merman. His hand was broken. I told him to send back for replacement but, he said he already purchased another on Amazon. I questioned him about why he would do that ( considering he JUST received mine) He threatened me about leaving a bad review BEFORE I could address this. He acts like he is entitled to treat sellers like we are his servants. He even purchased my item which costs me 5.90 for free shipping. He wanted a refund BEFORE he returned. Stay AWAY from this buyer. He is rude and untrustworthy. I have 5 star reviews from every other sales and over the years I have been selling, this is my first dispute.
