“The package arrived promptly after it was shipped. It arrived in good condition. And the urn looks great. Patrick was very patient with our requests regarding the butterflies and the text to be engraved. The end result is excellent.”

The Urn is beautiful! I think my mom would love it. What I’d like to express is the customer service! Patrick did an exceptional job trying to get the Urn to me. 1st issue was trying to get it over the border into the US held up in customs in Canada.Patrick looked into why, due to new tariffs there was new forms were needed. Patrick took care of this and immediately sent it out, Finally it made it over to the US. Fed Ex held on to it for a week. During this time Patrick kept in communication with me regarding delivery. I went to Fed Ex and was told it’s being held up because it hadn’t passed customs. There wasn’t any customs agents to go through packages because of our Govt. shutdown. Finally after 2 weeks after expected delivery it was delivered. Patrick was so apologetic and considerate of the delay. He was great to deal with!
