Processing of Custom orders is 1-3 business days Monday-Friday (Not Including Saturday & Sunday). Most orders are mailed out next business day. If your order is needed sooner, please contact me prior to purchasing to discuss the best shipping option.

USPS (Ground Advantage) previously known as "First Class" all dates are estimated and subject to delays with USPS. When choosing this service please order early to give yourself a few extra days as a buffer or choose an expedited shipping service if purchasing on a time crunch. Priority (2-3 business days) UPS 2nd Day Air- Orders will arrive in 2 business days. This service is recommended for Urgent orders that must arrive quickly. The transit time is not guaranteed and is not in my control. Weather and unforeseen circumstances may delay packages, please order a couple days in advance.

The material that is used for banners is card stock. The color chart may appear different depending on your screen resolution.

Returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders are NOT accepted. If there is an error on my part or if you are unhappy with the condition of your order, please message me to resolve the issue. What happened to my package? Why is it not delivered?

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they'll assist about your lost package. If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they'll assist you from there. If the item can't be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form. If either of these situations occurs and it seems your package cannot be located, please contact me. I do not refund due to USPS error.
