Terrible customer service. Days before this was supposed to arrive they cancelled my order. This was after they confirmed they had made the bag but for some reason they did not ship it. Not did they reach out with any explanation. I waited over 2 months for this items so they held on to my money that long. I would not purchase from this company.

The straps are too short - I'm 5'6" and I cannot carry it on my shoulder with even a light coat on.

Thanks! Took a long time to get here, (two months) but it is nice and simple good sturdy design. Once I messaged them about it they sent it straight away and it arrived promptly.

bought it n 23 jan and got it 9 mar. it's certainly the long wait that many have forewarned. but, i love my new bag. i love the structure, color, overall design and well it looked on me and matched most of my outfits easily. the leather on the body of the bag is unexpectedly hard (it sounds when i knock on it, like a door) and the bottom has its sewing line sticking out such that the bag cannot sit on its bottom securely. but then again, it looks awesome and i'm going to guess that the quality of the bag in general is going to pass the time of time and abuse (i tend to be rough with my bags). thanks for the bag. i like it!
