ALL ORDERS will now arrive in January due to holidays and postal strikes. Processing and delivery times are 2 to 6 days, but with Royal Mail strikes, please expect delays.

International orders are normal, but will arrive well into the new year.

PROCESSING TIME: 1 to 2 day working days

UK 1ST CLASS DELIVERY - 1 to 2 working days
UK 2ND CLASS DELIVERY - 2 to 4 working days
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY - 15 to 21 working days

UK delivery should take 1-4 working days to arrive from time of dispatch but can sometimes take longer at peak times. International orders should take 15-21 working days but can also be vulnerable to delays, taking up to 28 working days. NONE OF THIS IS GUARANTEED and mail is classed as undelivered after 28 days.

Prints are rolled in tissue paper and sent in strong postal tubes. A4 orders and smaller are shipped in sturdy card backed envelopes. If you would like your print sent flat or another way please get in touch.

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom via Royal Mail. Standard dispatch is Second Class mail for UK orders, and standard airmail for all international orders. Orders are not insured or tracked. 1st Class Post or tracked post are optional extras at checkout. Standard post within the UK is NOT tracked, Etsy forces us to enter tracking info, therefore you will see 'No Tracking' in tracking, which means you do not have any tracking.

Address labels are printed automatically from Etsy. It is the buyers responsibility to check they gave given the correct address. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If the package is returned because of this, the buyers may need to repay postage costs.

We do not include receipts or invoices with packages. If you require one please include this in the ‘note to buyer’ section and I will print one for you.

If your order is a gift, please make clear in the 'note to seller' section or email me directly the required delivery address and any further instructions. I can also add in a personal note if you would like.

Buyers are responsible for any duty or custom charges if applicable. We are not VAT registered.

No prices or prints include frames. (Framing can only be provided for local customers at an additional cost)

Please be aware colours of prints may vary slightly due to different monitor settings.

It is advised to keep prints away from direct sunlight or use UV protected glass when framing. If there are any issues with potential fading please get in touch.

All artwork and designs are owned by Als Couzens Designs. Copyright of the artwork does not transfer with the sale of any item. We will NEVER give out digital versions of out artwork.
