What is your return policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges as a general rule, and are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping, but please contact us with any issues you may have and an attempt will be made to try and resolve it. We pay very careful attention while layering and distressing our signs to achieve the authentic vintage look our customers love. We embrace the natural imperfections, and uniqueness of each of our pieces and suspect that our customers do the same. We believe all cracks, chips, and scratches, etc..., whether deliberate, natural, or a happy accident, only serve to enhance the character of each piece and are not sufficient cause for a refund or a replacement

What is your shipping policy?

We currently use the USPS for all of our shipping needs. Not all of our wall signs are packaged in a box but they are all reinforced with cardboard and bubble wrap in the most secure and cost effective manner. Please bring your package inside as soon as possible and open it within 7-14 days upon receiving it.

Beautiful piece and it matched the description to the T. Only suggestion is to pad it more in shipping as it could easily chip in the corners wrapped as it was.
