Oops, my shipping address is wrong on my order

I ship to the shipping address on the invoice. I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS FOR ORDERS LOST OR DELAYED WHEN GIVEN AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. You must have the correct shipping address on the order. If your order has the wrong address and the order will BE LOST if shipped to that address, you must request a cancellation of the order and order again with the correct shipping. I can ship to a gift recipient, but sometimes I get very busy and I forget and/or don't see your request to ship to a different address. Telling me in the conversation area to ship somewhere else simply isn't enough. It is too easy for a busy shop like mine to overlook your message. So be sure to check out that shipping address before you order. :)

Do you ship outside of the USA?

I only ship tangible items within the USA. Free shipping applies to shipping within USA. If you wish for me to ship to Canada, contact me for additional shipping charges.

Postage Upgrade Listing

I have a postage upgrade listing which is an additional fee for shipping Priority Mail USPS. This is not a rush fee, this just means that I will ship priority mail which is faster and more reliable. I cannot be responsible if the item doesn't reach you in time if you are really close to your party date. I do not give refunds on postage upgrades even if the package doesn't arrive with the expected Priority Mail timeframe.

Give a Christmas keepsake ornament this holiday season!
This beautiful, glossy white porcelain ornament is truly a special gift or keepsake and comes packaged in a gift box with a ribbon wrapped around it.

Just give me the name for personalization in the notes to seller box when you purchase. (The current year will be included unless you specify otherwise.)

You do have the option of adding a photo or inscription on the back. Just choose "two sided w/photo" from the drop down menu when you purchase. Photos can be emailed to me or attached in the "ask a question" section of Etsy. If you wish to have an inscription just let me know that in the notes to seller box at purchase.

Each ornament measures 3 inches round and comes with a fabric ribbon for hanging. Ribbon may vary from picture but will be satin or grosgrain and match and complement the ornament design.

(The ornament design is permanently pressed onto the porcelain so will not come off. It is not a sticker or decal)
