Custom and personalized orders

Yes, we do custom orders on all products we make in our studio which includes, mugs, keychains, and pencil sets. We cannot do custom candles as we collab on those with a local business. There is a listing for custom pencils, so please order custom pencil sets from that listing. For other items, please contact us and we will tell you next steps to order your items.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Our items are packaged with care and our branded packing each and every time we send out an order. However, if you are buying an item as a gift, there are some additional efforts you can take to make your gift special. Simply mark your order as a gift. When you do so, you can leave a specific gift message for the recipient...whatever you type in will be printed out for them to see. You can also mark that you would like gift wrapping for an additional feed. We wrap items with care in a white and black dalmatian dot print wrapping paper (so cute and a neutral palatte). Your gift is finished with gold ribbon detail.

Wholesale availability

The Posh Shop does offer wholesale on most items. We wholesale our pencil sets, keychains, and mugs. If you are interested in being a wholesale partner please reach out and message us for more information on applying. We have low minimums - you just have to buy 10 of any particular item with a particular saying.

I see The Posh Shop is from the United States, do you ship to other countries?

For sure, we do! We love our friends in all countries. Just PLEASE note, certain countries take longer to process orders. Different countries have different timing in customs or inspections. Sometimes things are received in days and sometimes it takes several weeks. If you are ordering from a country outside of the United States please do so with patience. We cannot control the shipping process unfortunately.

My order still says PRE-TRANSIT, what do I do?

If your order says PRE TRANSIT, usually it is because we just sent it off to the post office. However, if it says that for longer than one day, it may be something we need to be made aware of. If it is on a weekend or during the busier holiday season, simply wait until Monday evening to see if it has sorted itself out. If it still has not shown movement, please contact us through message and we will try to find a solution. Often times, it is just that the shipper is very busy OR did not scan for some reason but it has moved. Most times there is no need to worry.

My order has not arrived but still says In Transit. What do I do?

The item may still be In Transit and this is usually the case. If the order is more than 7 days past its projected arrival date, please contact us so we know there is an issue. Often times the item is just moving slower through USPS than anticipated but will still arrive. While we know this is frustrating we cannot control the pace of mail delivery. If it is more than a week late, we will work with you to find a solution.

My order is marked delivered but is not here. What do I do?

We hate to see this but please knothat not all hope is lost. Often times, things work themselves out. And, if not there are options. 1. Chat with people in your home to see if they placed a package somewhere. 2. Ask neighbors, doormen, front desk people, etc 3. Ask your postal delivery person if they remember delivering the package. 4. On your tracking info, look for the delivering facility postal code and contact that particular post office. Ask them to look into it, provide a photo of delivery, or look for GPS delivery confirmation. They should be able to do something or provide a refund. 5. If you have done all of the above, please contact us. We only have the same tracking information as you but we may be able to help.
