Will I receive a proof? How long will that take?

Yes! After your order goes through, you should receive your proof within 3 business days or less. I will attach a digital proof to an Etsy message so you can approve it or make changes before printing. During my busy season, I will post a shop announcement if my turnaround time is significantly longer.

What are your production times?

My professional printing lab has regular business hours from Monday to Friday. The turnaround times for production are: Prints: 1 Day Photo Mounting Boards: 1 Day Canvases: 2 Days 3D Standout Mounts: 2-4 Days Framed Prints: 3 Days

What if I need my order in a hurry!?

Regular shipping takes 5-7 business days, but I offer overnight shipping if you're in a hurry. Rush charges are also available to speed up production times at the lab. Another great option is to purchase a digital file to print locally. There are many options available! Please send me a message so we can decide on the best way to get your order to you in time.

After purchase, please send me a message through Etsy with an attachment of the scanned hand and footprints so I can add them to the artwork. A high quality picture will also work well. If you'd like the prints to be true to size, please include the heel to toe measurements.

PAPER TYPE
Using the highest quality papers is important to us, and our two offerings of professional papers will not disappoint. Our Photo Paper has a satin luster finish which gives it a slight sheen without being too glossy. It is a beautiful paper that is slightly thicker than traditional photo paper due to its higher quality. Our Fine Art Paper is an archival grade, acid-free paper with a smooth surface (similar in feel to a very thick cardstock). The thickness and weight of this beautiful paper is the best on the market today and it conveys quality that you can literally feel.

This art print will be professionally printed on the highest quality and longest lasting paper available. Additional products like frames, canvases, and 3D mounts can be found in my Product Upgrades section.
