All of our LJL products are handmade to order. They will be added to a queue where they are then cut and sewn accordingly.

It may take between 7-28 days for your order(s) to be made. Once finished, your items will then be individually gift-wrapped ready for shipping.

Returns

As all items are handmade to order in limited quantities, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective through fault of our own.

On the rare occasion that your product(s) arrives faulty, please contact us immediately.

Please be aware that because lingerie is worn close to the body, we cannot accept the return or exchange of items due to hygiene reasons.

If you are unhappy with your order for whatever reason, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. We aim to respond to emails within 48 hours on working days.
