PROCESSING TIME

For Digital orders: 2-3 business days, or 24 HRS option available (Monday to Friday). Please select the option of your preference.

For Printed orders: 5-9 Business Days. All the printed orders must be approved before printing. Delays on the approval of proof file will delay the turnaround time.

3. PROOF & REVISE FOR PRINTED BACKDROPS
You'll receive a proof of your design after purchase within 1-3 business days via Etsy message or email if the Etsy message is not answered. You can either approve or request revisions to the design. Please be aware of the proof files we send via Etsy convo, if we do not get a response regarding the approval of the product, we will send an email to your registered etsy email account. *Please approve your proof or resubmitt your order with specific changes as soon as possible after receiving it or this will delay the process.

If your event date is close, please keep an eye for the proof, otherwise Delivery upgrade will be needed for purchase (Digital File/Proof cost will not be refunded).

Your backdrop will not be printed until you are happy with your design. We won't print without approval.

4. PROOF & REVISE FOR DIGITAL FILES
Once you approve the proof, we will send the final product. If we don't receive an approval via Etsy message or email within 3 business days, we will send the high resolution file to your registered Etsy email.

A digital file (.PDF or .JPG) high quality for printing will be sent to the email registered on your order within 2-3 business days from your purchase, Monday to Friday, if the proof file has been approved. If you need it sooner, message us via Etsy conversation! Rush Orders available. (24HRS Option Available).

We customize wording/colors. You will find the options available from the dropdown menu during checkout. You can select the digital file only (we customize the file in any size you need and wording) and YOU can print it at any local print shop OR you can select a size available from our Printed options.

The 6x4' is popular for dessert tables, 8'x8' is ideal for photos of 2-4 people and the 8'x10' is perfect for 4-6people. Bigger sizes available!

You will receive the first proof within 2-3 business days, in case you are in a hurry, you can purchase the 24 hrs option to receive the proof in 1 business day, you can either approve it or request revisions. On printed products, your order will be on hold until approved.

Some customer prefer the standard vinyl 14oz. material : thick, vibrant colors and great durability, it comes rolled into a tube, however our fabric material 8oz. wrinkle resistant tension cloth fabric is ideal for high end photo and video events because of its non reflective properties, it is lightweight and easy to fold. Though the colors are not as vibrant as they are on vinyl, the fabric banner tends to have a more elegant look. Fabric backdrops are folded.

For small Banners, up to 4 ft height, we also offer Canvas fabric 8oz. It has Vibrant colors, it is lightweight and eco friendly.

Our banners are rolled very carefully into a tube so they aren't creased at the folds, but sometimes the rolls collapse on itself and causes that are to be wrinkled. Wrinkles and creases may occur during the shipping, but they can easily be fixed, in most cases.

Creases can be removed by gently heating the non-printed surface with a hair dryer. Place the banner—print side down—on a flat surface.
Use a steam iron at a low temperature to apply heat to the non-printed side until the wrinkles come out. We advise avoid using a hot iron.
