- We ship to the address mentioned on your Etsy receipt.
-If your address is out of date, your order will need to be cancelled and then re-ordered as the shipping label is printed from the address you enter at the time of your order.
- We are not responsible for packages being sent to outdated or incorrect addresses.

a) Shipping to Canada + US

All orders within North America are shipped with tracking.
If you wish to have your packaged sent by registered mail please send us an Etsy conversation and we can upgrade your postage BEFORE placing your order. Registered shipping means that in case you are not at home during delivery, the mailperson will not leave your package on your doorstep. They will leave you a note and you will have to collect your item at your local post office mentioned on the note.

b) ALL orders shipped INTERNATIONAL (outside of Canada and USA) DO NOT include tracking or insurance.

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Returned items must by unwashed and in original condition. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We will ship back any items that appear to have been laundered or used.

Cancellations //

For a full refund please cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. As all fabrics are uniquely printed for each customer, and the process begins 24 hours after an order is placed.

Custom orders are non-returnable. If you are not satisfied, we will work with you to find a solution.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS - If the product is ready to ship, it will be shipped in 1-3 business days once verification is received that your payment has been completed.

MADE TO ORDER ITEMS- Current turnaround times are upto 4 weeks, due to covid-19 and our fabric manufacture reducing staffing. If the product is made to order, please refer to the deadline of production. Once the product is ready, it will be shipped the next business day.

ONCE SHIPPED
- Your item/items will be marked as shipped, once mailed.
- You can check the status of your order by going to "Your Etsy" > "Purchases" > "Invoice".
- If you are in a hurry, for any special reason, please send us an Etsy conversation BEFORE placing your order.

-Your order is shipped to the EXACT address provided through Etsy (labels are printed directly from the site). Please double check your shipping address when purchasing. If it is a gift sending directly to the recipient - double check.
If a package is missing due to an incorrect address we will NOT send a new one. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address we will NOT send a new one without an additional shipping payment.
