Special custom orders include any items that are not in standard stock on the Two Tone Jewelry website or e-Bay store; or items that have been changed under special request of the customer; such as changing the color of the gold, changing stones, alteration of item’s look or shape. Special custom orders which include all wedding bands are final sale therefore not refundable.

Can you engrave rings?

A: Yes. There is an additional $15 charge for engravings (Wedding Band engraving is free of charge).

Do you provide appraisals for insurance?

A: At the customer’s request, appraisals will be mailed at an additional cost of $20.

Do I pay sales tax?

A: Only orders shipped within the New York State are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.
