Custom and personalized orders

Personalization: I will personalize any pouch upon request at no additional charge. Some listings offer this feature in the drop down menu. If the listing you like does not offer personalization, just ask! Otherwise the pouch will be made with the "Ouch Pouch" logo. I will be slowly be adding this to all listings. Let me know if you would like all labels omitted. I use one simple font style to keep my assembly line running smoothly. The 4x8 Allergy injector pouch (Epi Pen) can also be used as a carrier for other medications, ie: Flex Pens, Diastat etc. Please let me know your wishes for a different medical label, I will be happy to accommodate.

I am a crafty girl by nature. I came up with this idea in the wee hours of the morning in 2009. I did my homework, there was nothing like it anywhere. I decided to protect my idea with a patent, issued in 2011. Please help me keep the originality safe, no reproductions. I am not a medical professional so please inspect your pouch before using. Flaws are not common, but happen on a rare occasion. If you see a faulty snap or clip, just let me know, I am happy to make arrangements for a replacement. I love what I do! I love helping my customers and it shows in my product and feedback. I answer my messages usually within hours and love to accommodate as often as possible.

Do you offer a zipper or cross body version?

Zippers and I do NOT get along, so I stick with the beautiful, colorful pearl snaps. If you'd like an extra snap for extra content security, just ask :-) For a cross body style Epi Pen pouch, I will omit the clip and extend the ribbon long enough to fit your needs. At this time, no waist belt type Epi Pen pouches.

I don't have access to JuJuBe fabrics but I will do my best to coordinate with you to match your diaper bag.

Do you offer coupons?

Do you offer the fabrics in your shop in every size?

Although I don't have all fabrics listed in all sizes, I have a good supply of most (but not all) prints. If you see a fabric you like listed as a pouch other than the size you need, feel free to send me a message and I will check my stock.

How many items can each pouch hold?

Depending on your unique needs, here is an example: SMALL 4x5 will hold 1 oz items such as Neo to Go, lip balm, 2-3 hand wipes, hand gel, tweezers, bandages, and a lollipop. MEDIUM 5x7 will hold same as Small Pouch + thermometer, pack of tissues, tampons, headache meds and itch cream. LARGE 6x8 will hold same as Medium + larger sunscreen or wet wipes, pill bottles, epi pen, diabetes meter or a handful of diapers and pack of 20 wipes. XL 7x9 will hold same as Large + more - OR Inhaler with chamber & mask - OR 2-3 diapers and a travel size pack of wipes and onsie. I will be happy to make an even larger pouch (8x10) upon request.
