How many letters can be engraved for the trophies?

We do not limit the number of letters for engraving. However, the more letters - the smaller they will be and might be hard to read. The average engraving space is 3" long by 1" tall. Therefore, there is a finite space to work with. We recommend 20 - 25 letters per line. Please specify what you want on each line, otherwise we will have to use our best judgement for line breaks.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We are currently at a 3-5 working day production time for all orders. This does not include your shipping transit time. Production time will increase during peak seasons such as Halloween and Christmas. You will be given an estimated delivery time when you select your shipping option. We will work as quickly as possible to get your order out sooner.

Can I ship to a different address?

Yes, we will ship to the shipping address on the order form even if different than the buyer's address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, you will need to enter a separate order for each shipping address.

Can I request a special theme for my trophy?

Of course! We try to offer numerous themes for our awards but can't cover every themed event out there. If your theme is not offered, just contact us and we will work together to get you the perfect award for your event.

Why is shipping so high?

Etsy sets the shipping rate based on the size of the shipping box, weight of the box and destination. Trophies are fragile and have to be packed in a box larger than the actual trophy along with bubble wrap. We do offer free shipping for larger orders.

I live in Georgia, can I pick up my order?

You can email us with the request to pick up your order. Hours are limited for pick ups.

Can I speak to someone before placing my order?

Yes! We are available either through the Etsy messaging system, phone and direct email. To contact us by direct email, email us at: premiercrowns@gmail.com Phone: Mon - Fri. 9am - 6pm (est) 770-617-9351

Is engraving included for the trophies?

Yes, an engraved name plate is included with each trophy. We do not engrave directly onto the base since you would not be able to read it. We use a gold material that is engraved with black letters. These are a peel and stick design. For orders of 3 or more trophies. we do not attach the tags before shipping. They will need to be attached before presenting to the recipient. They will be included in the box.

Can each trophy be engraved with different names or other information?

Yes, you can list the engraving in the comment box/note to seller. The tags will not be attached before shipping. You will need to attach them before presenting to the recipient. They are a simple peel and stick design.

How are the trophy heights determined?

Most figures are 6" tall. We cut the columns to make the trophy height you selected. For example: if you select a 12" tall trophy, then the column will be 6" tall. If you select a 18" tall trophy, the column will be 12" tall. If you select a 8" tall trophy, the column will be 2" tall, and so on... if in doubt, please contact us before placing the order.
