Can I custom design a jewelry?

Of course. We are up to any challenge. Designing a jewelry to a client's satisfaction is tricky business. One has to get to know the likes and dislikes of his clients exceptionally well. That is our philosophy: each client is a friend. We pay special attention to details while we ask specific questions to help us design the perfect and desirable piece.

Do you accept credit cards?

We accept all types of credit cards. You can choose to pay with PayPal and checkout here on ETSY, via Payoneer or some more options we have for you! Feel free to ask! :)

What kind of service can I get to your offices in the US?

Anything! You can resize, change main diamond, polish and more craftsmen's tasks. Basically, we are available 24/7 in one of our branches. Full service to all you may need!

Do you offer any kind of warranty?

YES! We offer a lifetime warranty for every jewelry we make. Resizing, upgrading, changing the main diamond, polishing etc.

How can i know my ring size?

We have a great guide to help you find out your ring size. It's a printable A4 page with all the info you need. Contact us to get it :)

Custom or personalized items can't be returned or exchanged. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized items. This listing is made for those of you who saw the gemstones layouts in our store (or any other store) and wish to create their own unique, custom-made jewelry. It can be anything, starting with diamond engagement rings, gem pendants, a bracelet, or a pair of stud earrings.

The cost of this service is $200, which will be considered as a down payment for the design and creation of your jewelry. This amount covers resources such as time, labor, and other efforts invested in your jewelry, hence it is not refundable.

begin the process you should follow these steps

1. This is the "idea" phase. Make sure that you have an idea of what you want and let us know. Whether we will use your stones, our own, or another supplier's, we need to know which stones we will set in the item.

2. After you are sure you want Diana Rafael to design your jewelry, go ahead and purchase this listing. As we mentioned, the $200 is not refundable.

After that, we go on to phase 2

3. We will create a primary sketch of your jewelry and send it for your approval. You will have 3-4 revisions if we didn't nail it (usually we do). This usually takes 1-2 business days to complete.

4. When you approve the 3D model, we will go on to manufacture it! This usually takes 2-4 business days.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund minus shipping, handling and restocking fees which are 30% of the total price of your order.
