Depending on the season, processing times may vary but are always displayed on the individual listings. I do my very best to abide by the processing time shown on each listing. Decals normally ship within 24 hours of being ordered (weekends not included) all etched glassware ships with 4 days of the order being placed, sometimes sooner.

I no longer send a proof with every etched glass order. To frequently the messages were not being seen or replied to which lead to a delay in processing times. *If you would like a proof of the design before the etching is done, please add a note in the personalization box at checkout or in a message after checkout. I'm happy to send over an image of what a design will look like before it is completed. ***If you are receiving a proof of the design for an etched jar - PLEASE NOTE - the TEXT/LOGO will be ETCHED on the jar and will not be in color even if the proof is sent in color. *If you would like a proof - please be sure your email address on Etsy is correct. A delay in approving your proof will delay processing times.

All decals ship through USPS First Class Mail. Glassware orders normally ship through USPS Priority Mail. If a large order is placed, it is possible the order may ship UPS Ground. In most cases I ship the least expensive and quickest method possible.

All vinyl decals are shipped with a piece of cardboard inside of a poly bubble mailer to protect the decal from being bent in the mail. (Unless the decal is over 11" long - it will be shipped in a mailing tube) All glassware is carefully packaged with a mixture of packing peanuts, brown paper and bubble wrap. Not every package will have all of these packing materials as I try my best to reuse as much as possible to keep costs down. Your box will be guaranteed to contain atleast packing peanuts and/or bubble wrap.

This is a beautiful casserole dish, the carving on the bottom is beautifully done. The only thing I wish I would’ve done was go to the next size I bought these for my daughters but they do cook a lot and it’s not a very big casserole dish if you have a large family. Yes I would recommend this to anyone very useful and very pretty.

Exactly as described. Because I had a lot of writing, the letter were somewhat small making it harder to read, but I expected that. Company was responsive to my emails and it arrived quickly and well wrapped. It is a gift for a bridal shower with one of our family's favorite recipes, so it's very personal.
