As with all jewelry, our pieces are delicate and care is to be given when wearing them, putting them on or removing them.

➜For ALL bracelets:
We recommend opening the bracelets just enough to fit onto your wrist sideways and then rotate it to the front once it is on your wrist rather than opening them up wide to fit on over the top of your wrist. This will extend the life of your piece and help maintain it's form.

➜For BRASS (gold color) bracelets:
Remove when they have a chance of coming into contact with water.

➜For ALUMINUM (silver color) items:
They can be worn in the shower, pool, ocean, etc. as the metal will not tarnish or rust. However, we recommend not doing so as it will cause the blackening to fade out of the stamping faster.

Many of our items have personalization text boxes on the items page above "add to cart" for you to add your info. If it does not, after you add the item to your cart, you can then proceed to your cart/checkout. There will be a text box there that says "Add an optional note to seller". This is where you can type all needed information such as size, stamping, font, gift note to be included, etc.

If your item is customized/personalized, we do not accept any returns or exchanges on it.

If you have purchased an item that is exactly like the example picture and has not been customized in any way, we can accept a return/exchange on it. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to us. The refund will not include ANY shipping costs and will only be for the price of the item that was returned.

At this time, we only offer hand stamped items.
Hand stamping is a technique where each letter is stamped into the metal with a hammer, one at a time.

Yes! Since we hand stamp each item, one character at a time, there will be variations. Not all letters will always line up perfectly or be stamped as deep or as spaced apart as each other. At times, some words may not measure exactly centered on the item. This is the character and nature of hand stamping and does not warrant a refund, exchange or remake. We do our best though to achieve that perfect and straight look and we will not send out something that just does not look good! :)

How long it will take to make your item is also known as the processing time or creation time. Our current creation time is always stated on our Etsy shop page under announcements. You can also find it under the shipping tab of each item and in your cart, once you add the item to it.

No, you will not receive a proof. Since each letter is stamped by hand, there is no proof.

Since there are so many widths of ties there is no universal "standard size tie". A standard width to one company may be a different standard width to another. Because of this we cannot recommend a tie clip length without knowing the actual width measurement of the tie that the clip will be going on.

Since we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom/personalized orders we ask that you make sure that you have ordered the correct tie clip length that you need.

If you need help determining what size of tie clip, just message us with the measurement of the width of the tie and we will help you.

All invoices are included in each package. If it's a gift to be sent directly to the recipient, please check the box in your cart that says "This is a gift".

All items are individually heat sealed in plastic baggies.
