How long does it take to ship my order?

We ship all our orders once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday. If you place your order on a Monday it may even ship on the same day. If you place your order on a Tuesday, it may need to wait until next Monday to ship. All orders are shipped within 5 business days. If you need your order shipped sooner, let us know right away and we will try our best to accommodate you. Extra shipping charges may apply for expedited shipping.

How do you ship your orders?

All small orders such as single Holy Cards or bookmarks are shipped via regular mail in envelopes. Tracking on such small orders is only available in the US. Small international orders are shipped in bubble envelopes with tracking. We have to charge a minimum for all International orders, but if you buy multiple items the shipping cost per item will go down. Most orders get to our customers between 1 and 3 weeks time depending on the country and postal service performance.

What if I did not receive my order?

This has happened to a few of our customers. We will always gladly replace your item even though it is not our fault it was lost or damaged. Some of our orders are shipped insured such as framed prints or jewelry in which case we have to file a claim. Orders shipped by regular mail in the US have tracking information. Small international orders now have tracking information as well. We ask that buyers give a little extra time to make sure it is not delayed. Shipping varies per country and it may even take a month for some countries. Etsy's purchase protection plan gives you security in case things go wrong. Please work with us and Etsy if there are issues such as item not received or damaged so we can get you your refund.

I am not satisfied with my purchase, what can I do?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us first and let us address your issue. If you are not satisfied due to our fault, we will issue a refund or replace your item. If the problem is not our fault but due to you not reading the item description or photos we will not be able to address your issue. Please do not leave negative reviews until you gave us a chance to respond to your concern.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, our store policy is to accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges, unless we made some mistake. If you are returning your item for any other reason such as because you changed your mind or you did not read item description, the item must be returned in original condition. Please make sure you look at our item photos and description before you make a purchase. We make sure we describe and photograph our items in detail so you know exactly what you are buying. You will only receive a refund if the item is in its original condition when we receive it back. We will deduct our original shipping cost from your refund even if you had free shipping.

What if my item arrived damaged?

If your item arrived damaged, you are responsible for taking photos of the damage and keeping the item until a claim is filed and finalized. You have to submit to us the photos so we can file a claim. You will not receive your refund unless you follow our instructions once you report a damaged item.

Can I apply one card design to a prayer from another card?

Yes, this would be considered a custom order and there is a minimum card order plus a one-time setup fee. If we offer more than one design for a saint and we have multiple prayers, you can swap a prayer from one card to a design of another card. A minimum order is 6 cards and you need to order these custom cards in multiples of 6. Please contact us with details of your special order.

This is a Catholic devotional prayer card. This 12-year devotion is recognized by the church and has promises associated with it. It was given to Saint Bridget of Sweden by Jesus in the 14th century.

This beautiful Holy Prayer Card is based on a real photo of the Sacred Heart sculpture. This card has been digitally designed and handcrafted in the United States. The artwork uses red overtones with real crown of thorns imagery to make it very unique and unlike any other prayer card of this kind. The seven times Jesus shed His blood are presented graphically based on various paintings together with Bible references. Instructions on how to pray this devotion are also included. The Bible references are not part of the prayer and do not need to be recited each day.

The back of the card also offers the Litany of the Most Precious Blood of Jesus.

The card dimensions are 7 inches by 11 inches. It is beautifully designed and unlike any other prayer card of Jesus. The card is laminated to extend its usage. Please note that due to the recent increase in shipping costs we had to increase the prices of our holy cards. However, we are now offering these cards in a thicker 5 mil laminate which is much more durable to offset the increase in price. We also round the corners which further prolongs their life. This allows us to continue to keep the shipping cost low on all US orders and not to increase shipping prices on international orders. We have to charge this minimum shipping charge due to the dimensions of these cards. However, when you order more than one the shipping cost drops significantly. Thank you for your understanding.

Combined shipping on International orders

I charge a flat rate shipping on international orders outside of the USA. These charges include shipping, handling and packaging. If you are buying more than one item and you are not in the USA, your shipping charges should be combined automatically. This way you can save money on shipping charges. Please ask if you have any questions before you make a purchase. Thank you. The shipping charge for this item is a bit high due to dimensions. It is still the cheapest way to ship internationally. It is much cheaper per card if more cards are purchased. If your shipping discount does not work in the shopping cart, I will issue a refund based on the number of cards.
