L'argent est un matériau résistant et durable, néanmoins comme pour tous les bijoux, il est préférable d'en prendre soin. Notamment, nous recommandons de ne pas conserver les bijoux pour prendre la douche, faire du sport, aller à la piscine ou à la plage. Nos bijoux sont pour la plupart rhodiés (effet miroir), ou bien ont reçu un traitement final anti ternissement (finitions plus blanches), ce qui garanti un éclat durable. Mise à jour avril 2020: En cette période où nous désinfectons nos mains beaucoup plus qu'à l'accoutumée, nous rappelons que les produits chimiques peuvent endommager les bijoux et faire réagir les métaux. Prenez soin de vous et n'oubliez pas de prendre soin aussi de vos bijoux ^-^

Instructions d'entretien

Il faut savoir que l'argent s'oxyde naturellement à l'air, ce procédé est normal, il est même la preuve que le bijou est en argent. C'est l'effet "placard" : lorsque l'on porte régulièrement le bijou, celui-ci reste impeccable, et si on le range sans plus le porter et qu'on le ressort quelques mois plus tard, il a terni ou même déjà noirci. Les nuances dépendront de l'humidité de la maison. Pour ralentir ou même annuler ce phénomène, il est recommandé de laver régulièrement le bijou à l'eau claire et au savon, avant de l'essuyer avec une serviette éponge. En cas de noircissement prononcé, pas de panique : un nettoyant spécial argent (de type lait) acheté en droguerie pour quelques euros, rendra votre bijou comme neuf en quelques secondes !

We do accept returns and exchanges on the express condition that the item has not been worn at all. Especially for rings, please make sure that the ring has not been worn at all, only tried on. We won't be able to accept your return if the ring shows any micro scratch. For a return without any exchange, we will charge 6€ of restocking fee. Buyer need to message seller prior returning the item so we will provide detailed guidelines on how to return the item. Failure to follow the guidelines may lead the item to be returned to the sender, it is buyer's responsability to send back the item according to the seller's instructions.

You may want to clean you silver jewelry with a dedicated silver cleaner sometimes : it will make it as new again ☺ Drop us a line if you want some recommandation on how to clean your jewelry. Please remember than silver is a soft material and that silver jewelry cannot be kept for sleeping, changing cloth, or any activity where a pressure would be applied on it. Also we recommend not to wear your silver jewelry at the beach, the gym, or the swimming pool.

We're sorry but due to high number of cancellation requests, we are not accepting order cancellation anymore. Please think carefully before placing your order, we're small business and cancelling orders would hurt our business.
