How long does shipping take?

The shipping time are specified in the shop policies above. Please note that our estimated shipping times are only estimated times. Shipping can be quicker or faster, depending on the circumstances, time of year (slower during holiday season) and worldly events.

Where can I track my order?

If you have tracking with your order will we sent you the tracking number with your shipping notification. Any orders shipped with Belgium Post can be tracked here: https://track.landmarkglobal.com/track.php?cid=1230&refid= After you filled your tracking number in on the link, you will be able to see the shipping carrier from your own country on the bottom right plus the new tracking number they use for the shipping in your own country.

What if my order hasn't arrived yet?

Please note that shipping can take longer sometimes due to customs or other shipping delays. If you have received a tracking number with your order, please check your tracking. If your order isn't able to be tracked or appears to be stuck/missing for several weeks. Please contact me so I can have the postal service investigate the situation. All investigations have to take place within 60 days after shipment in order to be able to look into the situation if/when a package goes missing. If you contact me after 60 days after shipment, the postal service can no longer help and neither can I. So please keep track of your purchase and contact me when you have any questions or concerns.

This light up Magic Wand is unique and so magical!
There are 1 colors to choose from: Silver, Gold, Red, Pink, Blue, Green and Purple.
The length is approximately 10.7 inches (27cm)
The light on top can easily be turned on and off by turning the light left or right.
The light is a constant light.
You can choose in the drop down menu which color wand you would like to receive.
Please note that the silver light has a silver wand, the gold light has a golden wand etc. On the second to last photo you can see what the wands look like in daylight.
Our magic wands are made by the fairies in our magical workshop.
Each magic wand will be gift wrapped free of charge and even a little gift of the fairies will be included in your purchase.
The price is including a beautiful protective box.

Please note that my magic wands are not suitable for young children.
Even though everything is securely attached on each wand, a wand can still damage if a child plays with it.
These are handmade wands and not toys.

PLEASE NOTE: if you have bought the previous version of the light wands, with the ball on top then these are the instructions:
Please note that turning the light on and off is a delicate task.
You gently remove the top half of the ball (this is easily done when gently placing your nails in the half way line of the ball and lifting upwards while holding the bottom half of the ball with your fingers of the other hand)
There is a pull tab that you remove when you want to turn the magic wand on.
The magic wand will then slowly glow and go dark, glow and go dark etc.
It is not a light that will constantly shine.
If you want to turn the magic wand off again you simply gently take out the small LED light with batteries and put the pull tab back between the batteries and the light.
You can then place it back in the bottom half and put the top half of the ball back on.
You will receive extra pull tabs in case one of the pull tabs breaks or bends.

Each Magic Wand is made by hand which makes each one unique.
Unfortunately the fairies are unwilling to reveal their secrets with us.
All they are willing to share is that each Magic Wand is made with Fairy Dust and Magic.

Warning: extensive training needed in order to successfully combat Dark Wizards.

Please note that Magic Wands are not suitable for very small children who still put objects in their mouths. Even though all the small decorations on the Magic Wand are secured very strongly, there is always a danger when small children start chewing on a Magic Wand not to mention all the spells that may accidentally shoot out of them.

These Magic Wands make for great costume accessories for fantasy fairs, renaissance fairs etc.
They can also be great tools for the witch or wizard that is practicing and working on their spells and magic.
