Do your shirts run true to size?

They are "fashion tees", which are higher quality (and cost us more!) than an average tee. Overall the men's shirts run true to size unless you are used to older-style shirts that are beefier and bigger. It's best to refer to the size charts shown in the photos or description of each shirt listing. The women's shirts are form fitting and do run quite small. If in doubt, measure a shirt that you know fits and compare it to the size chart.

Can you print a custom design for me? I want one shirt with a robot throwing pineapples at a narwhal.

Our focus is on the original art of artist and shop owner Michael Phipps. Custom designs take a very long time to prepare and print, so printing a single shirt or small run with a special design is very expensive and not practical. Your best bet is to find a local print shop with a DTG (direct to garment) printer, which is best suited for this type of work.

Who prints your designs?

We do! The art is all original and is screen printed right here in our shop! We take the DIY aesthetic to the extreme.

Where do you get your cool designs?

I draw all the art that we sell on T-shirts. Everything in Scatterbrain Tees is unique to our store!

What if I never receive my item?

We work with customers for up to 90 days to look into orders that haven't arrived by the expected date.
