Yes I do Custom Listings. With my trinket custom orders I send you a message with all the trinkets I have available. So please check your messages within 24 hours of placing your order. If I do not get a response within 30 days of your order I will cancel your order and you will have a 10% restocking fee. So make sure to your messages and respond in a timely manner. I also do custom orders on my I Spy Bags so please message me with any questions or requests. Thank you!

Do you have more than what is listed?

Usually, I like to underestimate than oversell! I have anywhere from 20-500 of each individual trinket item and I have over 500 different items, and I am getting more items in weekly. So if you are wanting large quantities of a particular item or multiple items, please message me and ask. For the I Spy Bags I do have a bunch of different covers and fabrics available. However some of the fabrics were used for a special event so I have only a limited amount left. So please ask to see what is available. Thanks!

Do you refund shipping overages?

Absolutely! Any overages over $2 will be refunded.

What if my package is lost or took to long to be delivered?

As soon as we print out your mailing label your tracking info is updated automatically. We ship everything first class unless other wise specified by you or in my listing. After your order is shipped, we are not responsible if your package is undeliverable, stolen or lost. We will help you locate your package by providing you with all the tracking information, but we can not reship. Once given the tracking information it is out of our hands and is up to you to contact your local post office/customs office to find your package. If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address information your items will be automatically refunded minus the shipping costs. If you would like your items you will need to repurchase your items.

Do you accept cancellations or returns?

Cancellations and Returns - we do accept returns and cancellations with a 10% restock fee and buyer pays all receiving and return shipping costs. Seller error - please contact me to discuss the concern.
