Buyer is responsible for shipping costs as well as return shipping costs. - If your item breaks within 30 days please message me right away so I can take care of the problem. Once your order is shipped we will provide a tracking number for you to follow. If you do not receive your order in a timely manner, please contact your local post office and mail carrier. If the Post Office says your package was delivered they can open an investigation for you. Also, check with family and immediate neighbors. If your package is still not located, please message us and we will help in every way possible. We can assist you with filling out a stolen mail form with USPS and have you sign the required Postal Affidavit that you did not receive your package.
