I originally purchased this item for $52.65. I was contacted by the shop apologizing for a mixup with the listing and asked to pay the shipping that somehow wasn’t included in the first listing. I agreed, $82.65 was the final price. The item was shipped quickly, and arrived quickly. When it arrived the large bowl for the mixer was broken. I reached out to the sender to find out about insurance on the parcel. Correspondence up to this point was fantastic. I’ve reached out twice (Sept. 11 & 17) since receiving the broken package to see if there was a refund in order. Update: Seller received a claim reimbursement from the shipping issues*, (after I left the review), I was contacted to be told I would receive a partial reimbursement, and asked about my review. I’ve bumped it to 4 stars for the product and reimbursement.

Wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a vintage necklace for a Marine Ball. Days after the necklace was said to arrive we contacted them asking where it was. They stated they couldn’t find the necklace and they were out of town and then they canceled the order. Super unprofessional. If they didn’t wait so long to tell me I could have found jewelry for the Ball. Obviously will never support their store again and urge anyone else to shop somewhere else.

We have a small selection online and have a brick and mortar shop that keeps us very busy. We apologized for any inconvenience and refunded you as soon as we realized that the necklace had been sold in the shop. Yes we are less active on etsy since the decline in people purchasing on here. Everyone makes mistakes. We again have a physical location that takes up most of our time. We refunded you as soon as it was determined that the necklace had been sold. We understand that online ordering of vintage can be frustrating because we are not amazon. You have never ordered from us before and we again refunded you. Not sure where all this aggression is coming from.
