All of our items crafted from wood are porous. We recommend hand-washing only and never putting these items in the dishwasher.

We do not automatically send proofs. Especially during the holiday season, sending a proof for each order is unrealistic. Rest assured, we will take great care in the design and aesthetics of your personalization request. If you would like to request a proof, please send us an Etsy convo immediately after placing your order. Please, be mindful that this may add 1-2 business days to the production/ship out date. We will give 24 hours to approve a proof in this instance. If we do not hear otherwise, we will engrave your order to ensure it is shipped in a timely manner.
