IF YOUR ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE…

Please do contact me if your order has not arrived and I will do my best to assist you. I follow Royal Mail guidelines for ‘lost parcels’ and therefore can only refund or replace your order once the applicable time frame for delivery has passed and I can make a claim with Royal Mail. For the U.K. - 10 working days after the expected delivery date (all orders are sent 1st class - the delivery aim is the next working day from the despatch date). For International orders - 20 working days after the expected delivery date (the delivery aim is 5-7 working days from the despatch date).
