----- HOW TO ORDER -----
1. Choose the number of pets & drawing style from the 1st drop-down menu.
2. Choose the finishing format from the 2nd drop-down menu.
3. Fill in the personalization box.
4. Send us the pet photos via Etsy Messages after the order is placed.
5. The drawing files will be sent to your e-mail once it's finished.
6. The print will be mailed the next business day once the drawing gets approved.

----- PHOTO REQUIREMENTS -----
CLEAR and HIGH-RESOLUTION photos are required; the better the photos the more details we could capture into the drawing.

Upon purchase, you are agreed to let us pick the floral wreath for you. If you have any preferred colors for the wreath, for example, "only greenery" "navy & pink flowers", please feel free to let us know, we will match it for you!

We will send the drawing to your e-mail once it's finished.
If you have another preferable e-mail, please just let us know.

----- WHERE TO PRINT ----
You may have the drawing files printed at home or at any print shop. The print quality will totally depend on the types of paper, the brand of ink, and the printer used. If you concern about the printing quality, we suggest you have the files printed at a professional print shop or purchase the print directly from us.
