As all our products are made to order by our print partners we currently do not offer returns, exchanges and cancellations, but please do get in touch if you received faulty / broken / incorrect item. If you wish to cancel or change your order - please contact me as soon as possible as once our print partner has started working on your order, it can't be cancelled or changed.

Please note that Shipping times shown are estimates of when the item leaves our place. They are not estimates of when it will arrive at the destination.

Incorrect delivery address

If you have provided us with incorrect delivery address and the parcel gets returned to us, we will need to charge you shipping cost for re-delivery.

Incorrect item received

As all our products are made and shipped by the print shop, please send us a photo of the incorrect item so we can show it to them and have them send you the correct one.

Can you add gift wrap / gift message / gift card ?

Unfortunately we can't as all our products are made and shipped by the print shop, and they are unable to do this for us at this stage.

We are not responsible for delays caused by inefficiency and errors by postal services / delivery agents as it is not within our control.

Before cleaning the bag, remove all the items from bag. Suggested to pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
