All the sandals in my shop are made to order. In order to be precise on the size please do the following: on a piece of white paper, make a sketch of your foot. Measure from the heel to the big toe diagonally in centimeters and send me message with your size info. This way we will have the correct size.

If you want to make a custom order please send me a message with the color, heel height or model you would like to customize. we will be happy to make the sandals according to your tastes! Remember that all our sandals can be made in different colors, leathers, heel heights and on request you can also customize the color of the crystals for the jeweled sandals!

Info Return and Cancellation

Syrenia sandals are made to order and to the customer's size. Therefore it is not possible to cancel or return an order, in any case contact us for any problem (in the case of a return obviously the shipping payment is the responsibility of the customer). If the size sent is correct, but the sandal is large or small, we are available to exchange it for another size. In this case the customer will have to pay for the shipping. The responsibility for return shipping costs falls on the customer. In the event that the package arrives damaged or opened, please contact us immediately.

Customs, Delivery, and Liability

Customs Delays: Customs clearance may delay delivery depending on the regulations of the destination country. Syrenia is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local authorities. Shipping Addresses: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or post offices (poste restante). The courier requires a valid physical address to ensure delivery. Delivery and Liability: Once the package is scanned and registered as “delivered” by the courier, Syrenia cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of the items.

European Union (EU) Orders: Shipments to EU member countries are not subject to additional customs duties or import fees. You will not be charged any extra costs upon delivery. Upon arrival of the goods in the destination country, the courier or local authorities may contact you to pay customs duties, import charges, or local taxes required by your country’s regulations.

Failure to Collect or Refusal of Delivery:

If the customer refuses delivery due to non-payment of applicable duties, taxes, or other fees, the package may be destroyed by customs or returned to the sender. In this case, all shipping costs, return fees, and associated losses will be borne entirely by the customer, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
