About The Order Process:
- After placing an order, send at least one clear pet photo via conversations: http://www.etsy.com/conversations/new?with_id=14932202
- You will receive a sketch or two of the portrait for approval. You'll then receive progress images (if desired). And of course, a final shot of the painting for approval before shipping. Please note that several changes may require an extra charge.
- Custom orders may take up to 1-3 weeks to create

About The Portraits:
- Painted on 5x7 inch canvas. Choose your canvas! Canvas boards are 1/8" thick. They are very sturdy and will fit in any frame. Stretched canvases are stretched on wooden frames
- Watermarks in photos are not on the actual art
- Paintings receive a light coating of varnish for protection.
- Paintings are signed on the back
- Custom artwork is not refundable
