Where do I find the INSTANT DOWNLOAD files I purchased?

You can download your files via the link provided in the automated purchase email from Etsy titled "Download Your Etsy Purchase from INKYRoseDesign". You will see an orange button that says "View your files on Etsy". Click that to go to the downloads page. You may also log in and go to your purchase history and download them from there. You will see a button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD FILES. Click on that to download your files. Why can't I download my INSTANT DOWNLOAD files from my PHONE??

Currently, Etsy Mobile App does not offer a download option in your purchase history. ** Digital downloads are too large to be downloaded and saved to a phone. Once you have made your purchase, you will need to log into Etsy on a desktop or laptop to download your files. You can download your files via the link provided in the automated purchase email from Etsy or you may also log in and go to your purchase history and download them from there. You will see an orange button beside every digital order that says DOWNLOAD FILES. Click on that to download your files. **A workaround is to open Safari or another browser on your phone and you can log in to Etsy from there. You should be able to download files from there**

What is your TURNAROUND TIME for personalized printable items?

Most personalized printable files are sent within 24 hours. Normal processing time is 1-2 business days once we receive your personalization information (although we usually send much faster). Our business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 6pm central time. We are off and weekends and holidays. While we are off, we do periodically check emails and messages for emergencies, and do often process orders on weekends. It is just not guaranteed. We do need to spend time with our family ;-) **RUSH SERVICE is available at a additional cost. You can make your time selection using the drop down box in the listing.

Should I choose JPG or PDF?

If you are printing at home, choose whichever file type you are more familiar with printing. If you are having your item professionally printed at a photo lab or printer, please check with them to see which file type they require. If in doubt, I would select JPG. (Check with printer>> this is a guideline based on last time I checked) Walmart - JPG Walgreens - JPG Costco - JPG Staples- JPG or PDF OfficeDepot/OfficeMax - JPG or PDF FedEx Office - JPG or PDF Please note, there may be a fee if you ask me to change file types after your item has already been created and sent to you.

I thought I purchased a digital file, why am I getting an email saying it is being shipped?

If you purchased a personalized digital printable file, Etsy will still send a "shipping" estimate email. Currently, all goods are categorized as either a digital Instant Download or a physical product. Since your item will be personalized, it cannot be sold as an Instant Download. Therefore, Etsy thinks it is a physical product that will be shipped to you. All is good, nothing is being shipped. Your personalized digital file will be send via Etsy message or email within the processing time stated in the listing.

I'm having trouble printing. What should I do?

We are always happy to answer questions but cannot provide comprehensive technical support. In most cases, we find that printing problems results from improper settings of a program or your actual printer. We will always make an attempt to help you with any issue that arises but we ask you to understand that since we may be unfamiliar with the programs, websites, or types of printers that you may be using, we are limited in our ability to help you troubleshoot this issue. We advise you to check all of your program and printer settings and try again.

Why can't I save the image from the Etsy Convo.

The document was beautifully done. I only wish the font used for the personalization in the middle had been thicker/easier to see/read. I thought she would use the font shown in the example. No issues except I struggled to find my download (newish to digital purchases) and started to panic, but she was great!
