📌 IMPORTANT DETAILS TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING
• 1-Ply vs. 3-Ply Flags:
Our standard 1-Ply flags are lightweight, fly beautifully in the wind, and feature a reverse (mirror) image on the back. If you need the text/logo to read correctly on BOTH sides, please upgrade to a 3-Ply flag.
*Note on 3-Ply:* Because they are heavier and contain a light-blocking middle layer, 3-Ply flags are NOT recommended for high-wind outdoor use as they can tear. Outdoor use of 3-Ply flags is at the buyer's discretion.
• Digital Vector Services:
Options labeled "Vector File" in the menu are digital design redraw services, not physical flags. These are non-refundable and will be delivered to you as a high-quality PDF.

📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Turnaround: Your physical flag will typically be delivered 7-10 days after you approve the digital proof.
- Carriers: We ship swiftly and securely via FedEx or DHL (We cannot ship to APO/PO Box addresses).
- Customs: Buyers are responsible for any U.S. or Canadian customs duties/import taxes that may apply upon delivery.
