This adorable mini top hat is completely hand made and one of a kind. Would make a great Halloween birthday party or tea party hat, fun accessory for a Halloween costume or a fun photo prop!

The hat is approximately 3 inches tall and the brim is approximately 4 inches in diameter.

The mini top hat base is covered in a super fun orange and black cotton fabric. The brim is covered in a black cotton fabric and trimmed in black.

Orange feathers and black spikes (not sharp) are attached to the side along with a black flower with a cute pumpkin mickey button to complete this adorable look!

The hat is attached to a 13 inch stretchy elastic headband, which fits from babies to most adults.
