I wanted to create a design based on fruit and vegetable markets and when I think of fresh produce markets, I always think of the diverse range of fruit and vegetables that are on offer and the way they are displayed. The motifs for this design were created with mixed media on watercolour paper and then they were organised into a grid using a photo editing program. Hand lettering was also added.

Printed digitally onto linen cotton canvas and a great deal of the painted textures are beautifully reproduced. A great gift to use, hang, frame or use it to wrap around other special gifts. It would make a great hostess gift, housewarming, birthday or gift for that person that does not appear to need anything.

The tea towels are designed, stitched and packed in Australia, and the fabric is printed in Berlin, Germany.
