All my bags are completely handmade, so orders are prepared and shipped within 2–6 business days.

How long does shipping take?

International shipping can take 2-5 business days depending on the destination.

I try to show the true colors of the products as accurately as possible, but slight differences may occur due to screen settings.

Are returns or exchanges possible?

Custom-made bags cannot be returned; for standard products, exchanges are offered in case of damage or incorrect shipment.
