CAN I EXCHANGE MY ETSY ORDER?

Exchanges may be initiated within 30 days of delivery through our Returns Portal at returns.shopnasr.com. There is no restocking fee for an exchange. Customers are responsible for purchasing an exchange shipping label, which covers both sending the original item back to us and shipping the replacement item. Items must be returned in new, unworn condition with the original packaging and are subject to inspection upon arrival. Customers who are local to our Buzzards Bay store may complete an exchange in person without a shipping charge. Custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially sized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing issue.

CAN I RETURN MY ETSY ORDER?

Returned items must be in new, unworn condition with the original packaging and are subject to inspection upon arrival. A 10% restocking fee applies to all Etsy returns. This fee helps cover the original shipping costs and non-refundable Etsy processing fees. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed through Etsy within 7–10 business days, minus the 10% restocking fee. Custom-made, personalized, altered, or specially sized items are not eligible for return.

HOW DO I CHOOSE THE CORRECT BRACELET SIZE?

Measure snugly around the thinnest part of your wrist using a flexible measuring tape. Bracelet sizing is based on the circumference around your wrist, not the diameter. We generally recommend rounding your measurement up to the nearest half inch. For example, if your wrist measures approximately 6.25 inches, we recommend ordering a size 6.5. The best size may also depend on whether you prefer a close or relaxed fit and which bracelet style you are ordering. Please message us before placing your order if you would like a personalized sizing recommendation.

DO YOUR BRACELETS INCLUDE A WARRANTY?

Our Cape Cod Lifestyle and LeStage bracelets include a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer complimentary inspection, adjustment, refurbishing, and polishing services when appropriate. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to and from our store. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, improper opening, excessive bending, loss, theft, normal wear, or damage caused by outside repair or alteration.

WILL MY HANDMADE ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Each Cape Cod Lifestyle piece of jewelry is individually handmade, so slight variations in shape, alignment, polish, and finishing may occur. These small differences are a natural part of handmade jewelry and do not affect the quality or durability of the bracelet. Highly polished silver and gold may also appear lighter or darker depending on the lighting, reflections, camera settings, and surrounding colors. We carefully inspect every bracelet before it is shipped.

HOW DO I PUT ON AND REMOVE MY BRACELET?

Unscrew the ball and gently flex the bracelet open from front to back just enough to slide it over your wrist. Do not pull the bracelet apart from side to side. Sterling silver is a precious metal and may become bent or misshapen if it is opened improperly. Once the bracelet is on your wrist, carefully align the threaded ends and securely tighten the ball.

Depending on the style, our jewelry may include sterling silver, solid 14k gold, gold-filled components, natural gemstones, or other precious materials. This double ball Cape Cod inspired Bracelet is designed with simplicity, but durable so it can always be worn. Handcrafted in Sterling Silver with silver balls, this bracelet is a great addition to your current "Cape Cod Jewelry" collection.

The balls screws to open and close the bracelet. It's meant to fit more snug than loose, and worn during most times. Available in multiple sizes. Our bracelets are the only one on the market with a rhodium coating to prevent tarnishing. This is a solid sterling silver bracelet, with silver balls that are meant to last forever.

Our bracelets are handmade on Cape Cod, Massachusetts with quality. Each is made with solid materials, either sterling silver or 14k gold, depending on the style you choose. They are never plated, hollow, or light weight like many others found out there.

If you are unsure of your wrist size, simply take a tape measure and wrap it skin tight around your wrist. From there, round up to the nearest 1/2 inch. For example, if your wrist measures 6 3/4 inches, you will need a 7" bracelet. Although, if your wrist measures 7 inches, a 7 inch bracelet will still fit you. They are not supposed to spin around on your wrist.

This is a beautiful bracelet. Unfortunately I bought the wrong bracelet, I meant to order the 3 ball bracelet. I contacted the seller who responded quickly. He let me exchange this bracelet for the 3 ball bracelet which I should have ordered in the beginning. The materials used are high quality and if you have any issues/ concerns the seller is very responsive. Overall very happy with my purchase.
