I need my order to arrive by a certain date - What should I do?

Etsy provides an automatically estimated delivery date at checkout, but USPS and FedEx transit times can vary, especially during the holiday season or high-volume periods. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm timing and recommend the best shipping method. For time-sensitive orders, upgraded USPS or FedEx shipping options are available at checkout to help ensure your order arrives on time.

Processing & Shipping Times

Processing Time: 3–5 business days for our current order volume. We always do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, and orders may ship sooner when available. Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and carrier transit times. Expedited options such as USPS Priority, USPS Priority Mail Express, FedEx pr UPS are available at checkout for time-sensitive orders. Please note that delivery estimates are provided by carriers and may vary.

All items are custom-made to order and cannot be returned or canceled once production has begun. Refunds/replacements are issued if an error was made on our part or if a package is confirmed lost in transit. If a package appears delayed, please contact us so a Missing Mail Claim can be filed with the carrier. Claims typically require the package to be in transit for at least 7 days and may help resolve delays. If a package is confirmed lost and eligible under Etsy Purchase Protection, a resolution will be processed through Etsy.

Large Orders (20+ Items)

For orders of 20+ items, Signature Confirmation is required. This provides tracking details including delivery date/time and recipient signature. Packages requiring Signature Confirmation cannot be delivered without a signature. If delivery is missed, please contact your local post office or FedEx (depending on carrier) to arrange pickup.

Prices are set as listed and reflect our current production and shipping process. Additional bulk discounts, bundle pricing, or custom discount requests are not available upon request.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package once it is returned to the seller.

How to Install & Remove Our Wall Decals

Applying your decals is easy. Each order includes an instruction sheet. Simply peel the backing and apply to a clean, dry wall. For more detailed guidance, please refer to the included instructions in your packaging. DecalBaby wall decals are removable and can be repositioned easily. They’re designed to allow multiple adjustments without affecting adhesive quality, making them perfect for achieving your desired layout.

Are these decals suitable for textured wall surfaces?

Yes, DecalBaby wall decals can adhere to both smooth and lightly textured walls. Please note that wall texture may still be visible through the decal. Decals may have more difficulty adhering to heavily textured walls or surfaces painted with semi-gloss paint. We recommend checking your wall surface prior to application.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the UK and Australia via USPS Priority Mail International.
