Registered mail provides a solid proof of shipping; it's tracking, however,is optional, depending on the recipient's country postal carrier conditions (not all countries support detailed tracking)

everywhere else : 10-20 business days

PLEASE NOTE: Packages that were returned to me because address is incorrect/undeliverable or were unclaimed (not picked up from the post office, if not received at home) will be refunded minus the shipping costs. If a package is to be sent again for any of the above reasons, an invoice for the shipping costs will be sent to you.

If you are not at home, the postal carrier must leave a notice that your package is available for pick up from the post office.
