What is the "Distance (Bottom of Lamp to Ceiling)" dropdown?

The distance dropdown allows you to select how far you want your pendant or chandelier to hang from the ceiling. The total distance is measured from the ceiling to the very bottom of the lamp including the bulbs.

I love this light so very much. I ordered it for my front hall entrance. It arrived on time and was packed nicely & safely. It is a beautiful quality product. I had good communication with the seller. Unfortunately, I failed to measure properly and this light was not the best fit for the space I intended (100% my fault). I contacted the seller and found out there is an easy return policy. I was sad this light did not work for me this time, but appreciated working with this seller and would order from them again. And I learned my lesson on measuring everything before ordering!
