Hey Tiffany, We're sorry to see your negative review. As mentioned in our correspondence with you, we've done our best to make it known that the covers are unfilled. We list them as covers instead of chairs, and use the word unfilled once in the title and twice in the product description. I'm not sure exactly how we can make it more clear, but we're strive to make a great product that our customers love and almost without exception, they do. Hopefully you find a way to fill it up, either with the filler I sent you a link for, some pillows, blankets or stuffed animals. Best of luck!
