Standard shipping is always tracked.
Find all the tracking info in the notification e-Mail of shipment you get from Etsy. Sometimes your tracking number takes few days to update before working, that is normal, the french post no longer scans parcels at the deposit but on the way only.

FR = 2 to 4 business days
EU = 5 to 10 business days
US = 8 to 15 business days
AU, rest of the world = 10 to 20 business days (currently some delays)

With PRIORITY Here are the shipping times expected:

I do accept returns and exchanges Internationally. I understand shopping online is not always easy so don’t worry. Please contact me within 14 days upon receipt.
IMPORTANT : you are responsible for both shipping back & new shipping (if exchange). I don’t refund initial shipping price, only item price.

The garment must be in the same condition as you received it, with tag attached if there was one. Otherwise I could not accept your return and I’ll be obliged to send it to you again.

If you are unsure before purchasing, keep in mind that you can still purchase and return if it doesn’t fit, while spending a little more for shipping the garment back to me. Sometimes it worsts the try.

There’s only one thing to do: Compare the measurements with a similar garment of your closet. Above all for pants, jumpsuits, and other fitted garments. Do not only take in consideration the estimated size indicated in the listing. It’s just here to let you know at first sight if it “could” fit you.

All measurements are taken flat, from seam to seam. Please follow the scheme, last pic i put on almost all listings. It’s trustfully, I’ve done it myself.

The size listed is only here for quick guidance, please refer to measurements to ensure proper fit.

If a garment is pinned I precise it in the listing. I pin the clothes not often, except at pants waist sometimes when they fit big.

Please contact me, if it’s seems long for you, maybe your parcel is stuck in customs, or shipping delayed. I could not be responsible for shipping delays, I’m sorry, I have no control on it.

During the COVID 19 worldwide crisis, please be more patient than usual, shipping is delayed, above all overseas. If you items has still not arrived, do not despair, you should receive it, from my experience lost parcels issue happens really not often.
