All VAU products are made from solid metal, with hand-finished details. For a long-lasting effect wipe the product with a dry or slightly wet soft cloth. Avoid acidic or abrasive detergents, as use of these products can damage the finish. Do not soak in water. Surface finish color may slightly change over time because of the nature of the material.

Each VAU product is made to order and will be shipped from Zagreb, Croatia (EU). The production takes between 2 and 5 working days after you have placed your order. When we dispatch the package you will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number. Depending on your location, the delivery via DHL will take between 1 and 3 working days. This means the overall time from receiving your order to delivering it is 3 to 8 working days.

If your delivery address is outside of the EU please keep in mind that customs clearance procedures might additionally impact the delivery time. If you are outside of the EU, duties, taxes and fees may be collected at delivery.
