took 6 weeks to get here and were broken

Hello Shirley, It`s a pity your ordered item was broken during delivery. It`s rare happens in spite of I pack it proper. Unfortunately I don`t have influence to post or custom proceeding time. I`ll try to contact you several times but after 20 days still didn`t get any photo of broken needles from you. I can send new pair or refund but I need prove photos of broken needles.
