Right Side and Wrong Side

Please keep in mind that for all knitted items there is a Right Side and Wrong Side. Both sides of the blanket won’t look identical. An exception are blankets in garter ribbing stitch, which is reversible. For all other items - there is a braided pattern on the right side and very simple stitch visible on the back of it.

All items in my shop are made of wool. If you are allergic to wool, please search for blankets that are made of cotton or acrylic. Please be mindful that I don’t offer returns or refunds based on your allergy to wool.

We are making all blankets bespoke, using our hands, time and yarn. Please note that our biggest sizes (71x110, 80x80, 80x86, 80x100, 90x90 and 100x100 inches) are treated as a custom-made and therefore are not returnable.

WASHING & CARE
Remember to dry clean only. Please use professional dry-cleaner.
Merino Wool is a very soft and delicate material. Please note that like with every wool the slight shedding of fibers is normal and not indicative of any defect. It will last long with proper care and the shedding will decrease over time.
We strongly recommend to use our products as a cover only (like a blanket or a throw).

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Worldwide - UPS Worldwide Express Saver with a tracking number.
We ship with "NO Signature Required". You only need to sign for packages in certain areas or when it’s required by the sender. If you want us to ship with "Signature Required" option, please let us know.
If you want UPS to contact you to set up a date and time of delivery, please provide us with your PHONE number.
Delivery via UPS usually takes:
- USA - 1-3 business days
- Canada - 2-3 business days
- Australia - 4-6 business days
- Japan - 4-6 business days
(not including the day of delivery, delays in customs processes, force majeure and special events and holidays abroad)

In rare cases (delivery to area beyond UPS extended areas - extended, remote, less accessible for deliveries) we reserve the right to change the shipping method from UPS to FedEx. Delivery may take 7-10 business days in that case.
Please, remember UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes and military APO/FPO destinations. In the case like this, please choose an upgrade.

The European Union – DPD courier service with a tracking number.
Delivery via DPD usually takes:
- Germany - 2-3 business days
- France - 4-5 business days
- UK - 4-5 business days
If you want DPD to contact you to set up a date and time of delivery, please provide us with your phone number.

Please, make sure that you have put the correct delivery address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
If you decide against it the package will be treated as refused. Please note, after a certain amount of time refused or unclaimed packages are destroyed by the delivery company and not eligible for a refund.
We are always providing tracking number to all our packages, so please keep track of your delivery day, so you know when the package is being delivered.
If the status shows as 'delivered', but you can't locate your package, please check all locations where the package could have been placed (including the back door, porch, back patio, garage, and any other area out of potential weather hazards). Please, check with anyone who might have retrieved the package, including your family, roommates and neighbors. If you still can't locate it, please let us know. We will ask the delivery company to start an official investigation.
Please, keep in mind that package theft is unfortunately not covered by shipping insurance. Once the delivery company confirms the correct GPS coordinates for the package delivery, you will need to file a stolen property claim with your local police department.

Oh my goodness! I received the new knit "fuzzy" yesterday evening - much faster than I'd anticipated - and opened it after dinner. I put it on my dressing table stool (a favorite perch, but not sleeping spot for our sweet calico) before going to bed. I woke up to this scene of contentment (see picture). Our girl cat loves this! I hadn't expected her to claim it so quickly. As soon as the boy cat finds it, I may be forced to get a second one for him, to avoid disputes. The knit is very fluffy and luxurious, but surprisingly light. The workmanship is lovely. I would definitely get this again (and may need to very soon, as mentioned) and the seller was wonderful with communications and very responsive. Overall, an EXCELLENT purchase!
