Photos are carefully packaged, so they arrive in perfect condition. Prints up to 11x14 will arrive flat. Prints larger than 11x14 will arrive rolled.

The Luster paper is somewhere between glossy and matte finish. It has a slightly glossy finish, which helps to enhance a photo's color and details. But, also features a very fine texture, to help reduce problems with glare and fingerprints.

The Metallic paper almost looks like the photo was printed on a sheet of metal. It has a very high gloss finish, which really makes the colors pop.

Most items are made to order, handling time varies by item. Upgrading shipping, does not speed up the handling time.

As long as you provide me with the correct shipping address, before the order is shipped, it can be changed. Once the order is shipped, it's too late to change it.

You are responsible for providing the correct address. If the package gets returned to me, I can reship it to you, for an additional shipping cost. If the item does not get returned to me there's nothing I can do.
