Complete digital wedding suites take approximately 4-6 to complete
Envelope addressing takes approximately 4-6 weeks to complete

SHIPPING:
All shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail and you will receive automated tracking information from Etsy once your item has been shipped. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days.

Shipping costs will be determined when your quote is created. Domestic shipping is typically between $12.00 to $15.00, depending on the size of the order.

Shipping:
Most products are made to order, please allow 6-10 weeks for production unless otherwise specified. A timeline will be provided to you. If you are on a tight timeline, please inquire first so we can determine if we can meet it for you.

Orders within the U.S. will be shipped Priority Mail. Your package should arrive within 2-3 days. Priority mail includes tracking. You will receive an automated message from Etsy with the tracking info.
All international orders will be shipped First Class Mail International or Priority depending on weight. Shipment time for this method varies and can take 2-3 weeks.

Love Fern Design Studio is not responsible for any delays that may occur so please give yourself adequate time should there be any shipping delays.

Paper:
Love Fern Design Studio will provide all the paper and envelopes to ensure the quality of our product.

Mistakes (human error), happens! Therefore, we require 20% additional quantity of envelopes. Any blank envelopes will be mailed to you with your order.

Returns:
CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE
If you have decided to cancel your order on a custom item that requires a proof (wedding suites), you will be charged the design fee for the proof.

TYPOS AND ERRORS ON PRINTED PRODUCTS
Love Fern Design Studio is not responsible for errors on printed stationery that were approved during the proofing process. Please be sure to check your proofs carefully for spellings, punctuation, capitalization, and grammar.

COLORS AND COMPUTER MONITORS
Due to the handmade nature of our items, finished products may differ slightly from the photographs. Please note that computer calibrations may vary per platform, so colors may be slightly altered.

02 | BOOKED: Once booked, I will send you a custom timeline outlining the entire design process, a spreadsheet to gather your guest’s information, and an envelope addressing etiquette guide! My goal is to leave you with no uncertainty about what’s next!

03 | RELAX: Once we've decided on the design elements it’s time for you to open a bottle of wine & relax while I start designing! I will send you online proofs throughout the process allowing you to make changes until everything is perfect. This takes about 1-2 months.

04 | MAIL: The BEST day! Everything is double checked & to you in about 3 days.
