Standard and Premium hoodies fit differently. Premium hoodies run a little more oversize.

• You understand what you’re ordering (the correct hoodie brand, size and color)

Because of that, we do not offer refunds or replacements for:
• Wrong size
• Wrong color
• “I didn’t realize…” moments

We print exactly what you order.
We’re good… but we’re not psychic.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY (THE OTHER PART PEOPLE SKIP 👀)

We ship your order within the timeframe Etsy gives you. No surprises there.
Once it leaves us, it’s in the hands of USPS—and at that point, it’s out of our control.
So just to be crystal clear:

• Delivery dates are estimates, not promises
• We cannot guarantee arrival times
• Shipping delays happen, and they are not something we can fix from our end

If we could personally hand-deliver every package on time, we would.
But until cloning becomes a thing… USPS is the middleman.
