I ship within 1-3 working days through DHL with end to end tracking. It usually take 8-12 working days and rarely up to 20 days to reach shipment to any destination country. Subsequent delivery depends upon customs clearance and priority protocols of the destination country's postal service.
Full Refund claim for non delivery will be honored only after 30 days of shipping. All parcels are insured, final refund will be credited once the shipper accept that the shipment is lost. If item remain undelivered after 30 days of shipping then kindly notify me for refund or replacement. To receive full refund the buyer may need to visit nearest post office for confirmation. Full refund claim can not be processed if opened after 45 days of shipping.

I ship in ready to gift small boxes. However if you require special wrapping or special message to be included let me know through the message to seller.

Keep the resin jewellery away from perfume spray, talks, alcohols or any other chemical reagents. My resin jewellery is water resistant but avoid taking bath with it for long life. It is also UV resistant so no problems with normal sun exposure. But, keeping the the jewellery in dark places will enhance the life of natural floral colour. Our resin is completely non-allergic.

Since I mostly make one of a kind item you are most likely to receive the same item as shown in the photos. However, for few items there might be slight variation since no two flowers or leaves are exactly identical in nature. Still if you want to be sure, just request me the actual image of the items to be sent to you. I will happily send it. If you don't approve it then you have the option to cancel your order.

If you find any problems in the shipped products, just let me know. I offer partial refund within 48 hours of receiving complaints. Full refund against return as well as replacement is also available.
