Evi was super sweet and easy to work with. She was very open to personalizing the doll to my preferences. She worked furiously to meet my tight deadline (my son's birthday) and got everything done in a very timely manner. We had a minor misunderstanding with the color of one of the clothing pieces but I was very happy with the outcome anyway because Evi really got the overall look and feel so perfectly. The doll has the sweetest face and most importantly my boy loves his doll so very much! Thank you so much Evi!
